Expelled Student Faces Rape Charges
A student who was expelled from Pullman’s Lincoln Middle School last week for threatening students was arrested Thursday on charges of assault, second-degree rape and third-degree rape, Pullman police said.
The 15-year-old boy allegedly threatened a 13-year-old girl with a knife at a recent party. The girl also told officers that the suspect raped her on three occasions, police said.
The boy is being held in the juvenile area of the Whitman County Jail, police said.
