Apartments Bought
Two North Spokane apartment complexes have changed hands in a $3.65 million deal.
Summerwood Club Apartments, at 6901 N. Wiscomb, and Cedar Sands Apartments 212 E. Wedgewood, were bought by Seattle-based investor John Goodman, of Goodman Financial Services.
Goodman is also founder and chairman of Pinnacle Realty Management, the national firm that manages the two Spokane buildings and brokered the sale.
The properties were sold by Argyle Holdings, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based firm that owned them for seven years.
Summerwood Club Apartments, built in 1971, has 84 units. Cedar Sands, built in 1981, contains 120 apartments.
