Care to reminisce?

Handle Extra invites readers to share their memories of Kootenai County’s past. This new feature, Kootenai Reflections, gives you a chance to see old photographs, reflect on what your town used to be like, and share your recollections with other readers.

Please write down your thoughts and send them to The Idaho Spokesman-Review, 608 Northwest Blvd., Suite 200, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815, c/o Handle Extra. Kootenai Reflections also may be sent by fax to 765-7149, or via e-mail to kens@spokesman.com. Submissions should be no longer than 250 words and may be printed in future issues.

Historic photographs also may be submitted with complete caption information, including the date the picture was taken. If you send a photograph, don’t forget to include a return address, your name, and daytime telephone number.
