Unitarians Will Offer Dream Workshop

The Spokane Unitarian Universalist Church will host a dream workshop with Jeremy Taylor June 4 and 5.

Taylor is a Unitarian Universalist minister and past president of the Association for the Study of Dreams.

A lecture will begin at 7 p.m. June 4. Taylor will give an overview of his philosophy about dreams, the value of dream exploration and how this exploration can impact spiritual and physical lives.

A workshop will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 5 and cover group dream exploration. Participants are encouraged to bring any dream journals they keep.

The lecture and workshop are $80, which includes lunch. The June 4 workshop only is $10.

Advance registration is required by next Thursday.

Services change at Manito United Methodist

Manito United Methodist Church will switch to its summer worship schedule Sunday.

One service will be offered at 10 a.m. each Sunday and be preceded by a hymn sing at 9:45 a.m.

The church is located at 3220 S. Grand Blvd.
