Council members are scheduled to discuss the capital improvement plan.

Spokane County Commissioners

Tuesday, 9 a.m. briefing, county courthouse 1116 W. Broadway

2 p.m. meeting for nonhearing items, public works building, 1026 W. Broadway

5 p.m. hearings, public works building

Among other business at the 5 p.m. meeting, commissioners will decide whether to ban powerboats at Meadow Lake and change interim urban growth boundaries.

Spokane Animal Control Committee

Tuesday, 4:30 p.m., SpokAnimal, 710 N. Napa St.

Committee will review the draft dangerous dog ordinance amendments.

Human Services Advisory Board

Wednesday, 3 p.m., City Council briefing center, lower level of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

Discussion items include the year 2000 grant application and various presentations.

Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority
