Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Michael A. Blevins 31, Spokane, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Christopher B. Bonner 28, Chehalis, Wash., forgery (three counts), $20,000 bond.

Richard A. Greger 35, Spokane, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Jesse R. Messer 21, Post Falls, failure to appear/rape, $50,000 bond.

Peter A. Zimmerman 25, Sandpoint, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Guy E. Ahnquist 38, Athol, contempt/driving while suspended, $202 bond.

Dustin M. Austin 22, Post Falls, contempt/inattentive driving, $147 bond.

Jeffrey A. Casey 24, Hayden, contempt/ malicious injury to property, battery, failure to appear/battery, battery on a police officer, driving under the influence, $1,457 bond.

John J. Downs 18, Post Falls, contempt/minor in possession of tobacco, $148 bond.

Robert P. Gamalielson 42, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $398 bond.

Jarrod P. Gouveia 18, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/reckless driving, $200 bond.

Angela Gralfs 36, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, failure to appear/ petty theft, $48 bond, 10 days in jail.

Bryan W. Howard 36, Rathdrum, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $34 bond, two days in jail.

Ted E. Jackson 24, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $153 bond.

Jason J. Johnson 20, Liberty Lake, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/disturbing the peace, $710 bond.

Michael S. Laroque 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $300 bond.

Angelique N. Marlin 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $123 bond.

Brandon L. Shove 18, Rathdrum, contempt/possession of drug paraphernalia, $104 bond.

Antonio V. Tucker 41, Spirit Lake, contempt/disturbing the peace, $130 bond.
