Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Steven M. Davis 45, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of marijuana over three ounces, $5,000 bond.

Charles D. Edwards 26, Spokane, burglary (four counts), $10,000 bond.

Christopher M. Schuk 24, Coeur d’Alene, rape, petty theft, $5,500 bond.

David J. Williams 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, $1,000 bond.

Melvin W. Wooden Jr. 33, Engelwood, Colo., failure to appear/felony malicious injury to property, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, obscene live conduct, $6,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Michelle F. Bonner 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/petty theft, $4,175 bond, 15 days in jail.

Cheri R. Brown 44, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, no driver’s license, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, $475 bond.

Gregory E. Elmore 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/frequenting place of illegal drug use, $5,073 bond.

Clifton A. Emanoff 49, Lewiston, contempt/ inattentive driving, $374 bond.

Paul E. Fisher 23, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $119 bond.

Erica D. Keith 21, Hayden, contempt/driving while suspended, $130 bond.

Dennis H. MacPherson 50, Elmire, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $223 bond.

Kyle N. Ogden 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ disturbing the peace, $173 bond, or five days in jail.

Patrick W. Oglesby 37, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/battery, $1,120 bond.

Douglas D. Powell 42, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $173 bond.

Karen L. Scott-McCahan 36, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, injury to child, $60 bond.

Travis L. Shearer 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, $230 bond.

Lisa M. Sledge 31, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $73 bond.

Dennis D. Watson 33, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $173 bond.

Robert J. Woodard 38, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, failure to purchase a driver’s license, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, driving under the influence, excessive driving under the influence, $1,627 bond.
