Unlikely Find

Chester Hamilton, an assistant regional director with the U.S. Dept. of Interior, holds an 80-year-old golden eagle war bonnet. The bonnet was recovered when it was sold to undercover agents in Montana. It was presented to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in Fort Yates, N.D., who have vowed to return it to its rightful heirs.
