Developer Seeks Zone Change
The Spokane County Hearing Examiner will listen to testimony from developer Harlan Douglass’ attorneys about rezoning property at 8330 N. Division at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Public testimony will be heard at City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Boulevard, conference room 2B on the second floor.
Douglass wants to rezone the land to build 105,000 square feet of retail shopping center space. The land is currently designated for the building of apartment or other multifamily residential units.
Site development plans haven’t been submitted by Douglass’ attorneys.
The property is located on the east side of Division Street between Lincoln and Magnesium Road.
