Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Tim F. Pbzybilski 27, Greenacres, Wash., non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $500 bond.

William F. Riedel 51, Santa, non-sufficient funds checks, $100 bond.

Shirley A. Ruse 36, Coeur d’Alene, forgery, $1,500 bond.

Kimberlie S. Sparkman 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, $2,000 bond.

Julie A. Weigel 37, Cheney, Wash., failure to appear/non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $2,500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Eric C. Beers 25, Veradale, Wash., contempt/invalid driver’s license, battery, failure to appear/pre-trial conference, $1,255 bond.

Robley D. Carr 30, Colville, Wash., contempt/domestic battery, $373 bond.

Wendy L. Desjarlais 34, Priest River, contempt/inattentive driving, no driver’s license, $290 bond.

Keith K. Dreher 40, Whitebird, Idaho, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $250 bond, two days in jail.

Richard L. Dubois 30, Spokane, contempt/possession of stolen property, $149 bond.

Ramon G. Espinoza 30, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $128 bond.

Roy R. Hibdon 52, Airway Heights, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Robert S. Humbird 34, Spokane, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $388 bond, 12 days in jail.

Jeremy W. Knutson 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/malicious injury to property, $176 bond.

Randall S. Lambert 37, Spokane, contempt/open container, $174 bond.

Earl E. Lewis 40, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, $366 bond.

Clinton L. Low 21, Athol, contempt and failure to appear/petty theft, $117 bond, one day in jail.

Jerry L. Morrison 35, Otis Orchards, Wash., contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $766 bond.

Donald A. Vittitoe 46, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, domestic battery, $353 bond.

Robert D. Wendt 32, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, possession of a controlled substance, $467 bond.
