The Nasdaq Stock Market said Thursday it is considering again delaying plans to extend the operation of its stock quote ticker to accommodate after-hours traders. A decision is expected today, said Scott Peterson, a Nasdaq spokesman.

MediaOne Group shareowners voted overwhelmingly Thursday to approve the proposed merger with AT&T.
