Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Patrick J. Lindebarger 28, Spokane, possession of meth., failure to appear for possession of marijuana, $5,000 bond, four days in jail.

Charles A. Murray 36, Post Falls, failure to appear for leaving the scene of an injury accident, $20,000 bond.

David L. Oglesbee 32, Post Falls, grand theft, $1,000 bond.

Dustin A. Clark 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana; failure to appear for possession of marijuana, $650 fine, two days in jail.

John D. Courtney 29, Post Falls, contempt of court for invalid drivers license, $373 bond.

Kurtis Cramer 20, Post Falls, contempt for resisting arrest, $302 bond.

Starr J. Deever 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for invalid drivers license, $110 bond.

Charles Foutz 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for invalid drivers license, $279 bond.

Bill W. Harris 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for battery, $173 bond.

Gregory S. Hatch 32, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for driving under the influence, $492 bond.

Paul E. Hazlewood 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for driving while suspended, $550 bond.

Tyson L. Phillips 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for possession of drug paraphernalia; no drivers license, $452 fine.

Eric J. Russo 29, Hayden, contempt of court for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, $438 bond.

Stanley J. Sepanski 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for invalid drivers license, $375 bond.

Alan J. Stone 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for driving under the influence, $550 bond.

Jeremy M. Young 21, Rathdrum, contempt of court for driving while suspended; failure to appear for hearing, $1,860.

Flory E. Zalme 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for petty theft; failure to appear for petty theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
