Two Men Rob Espresso Stand

Two men robbed a Spokane Valley espresso stand clerk at gunpoint Monday, sheriff’s deputies said.

The 21-year-old clerk was leaving an espresso stand at 1014 N. Pines about 7:20 p.m. when two men approached her, pointed a black pistol at her and ordered the clerk back inside the business, deputies said.

The suspects escaped with a small amount of cash and a cell phone without hurting the clerk, deputies said.

The suspect with the gun is described as white, in his early 20s, 5-feet-6 inches tall, 125 pounds with brown hair cut in a flat top style.

He had brown eyes and wore a red-and-black hooded sweatshirt with black jeans.

The second suspect is described as white, in his early 20s, 5-feet-9 inches tall, 160 pounds wearing a blue ski mask and a dark blue sweatshirt.
