Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Larry G. Taylor 39, Chattaroy, Wash., failure to appear/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Troy M. S. Warner 22, Post Falls, burglary, $10,000 bond.

Anthony M. Baker 30, Otis Orchards, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, $188 bond.

Thomas E. Barton 38, Spokane, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $73 bond.

Jimmy L. Bartsch 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $588 bond, 10 days in jail.

Jeffrey D. Black 36, Spokane, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $125 bond.

Debbie S. Brown 37, Post Falls, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia, $173 bond.

Robert D. Christensen 19, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, $173 bond.

Joseph W. Cleveland 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $312 bond.

Matthew J. Coladonato 41, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, $168 bond.

Kelly M. Collins 23, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, failure to appear/ driving under the influence, expired driver’s license, possession of paraphernalia, $2,250 bond, two days in jail.

Michael D. Dolan 48, Spirit Lake, contempt/ driving under the influence, failure to appear/ driving under the influence, resisting arrest, invalid driver’s license, $1,044 bond, four days in jail.

Robert W. Hagerty 35, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, $950 bond.

Mark A. Nelson 42, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended, $388 bond.

Michael M. Plante 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $108 bond.

Karen K. Rusho 35, Newport, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, $88 bond.

Christopher S. White 28, Spokane, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, expired driver’s license, $77 bond.
