Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Tami J. Davis 32, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

David L. Fowers 35, Hayden, parole violation/aggravated assault, $25,000 bond.

Randy D. Lenz 42, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Michael F. Raffety 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/burglary, $20,000 bond.

Kimberlin D. Wood 33, Veradale, Wash., parole violation/burglary, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

William L. Benn 43, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $288 bond, one day in jail.

William C. Casteel 31, Harrison, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $238 bond.

Anthony A. Dorland 33, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $165 bond.

William R. Frazier 19, Cataldo, contempt/ unlawful entry, $129 bond.

Brendan E. Fristoe 22, Spirit Lake, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $288 bond, two days in jail.

Rhea L. Kraus 45, Rathdrum, contempt/ driving under the influence, $500 fine.

Michael R. Markcum 36, Post Falls, contempt/two petty theft charges, $1,571.

Joshua I. Mayhew 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $790 bond.

Lanell R. Orr 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ driving under the influence, driving a vehicle without owner’s consent, $674 bond.

Thomas L. Osborn Jr. 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $492 bond.

Joshua J. Ralston 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $175 bond.

Jason L. Sappenfield 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/overloading a boat with passengers, $63 bond.

Jason A. Singer 25, Post Falls, contempt/ possession of marijuana, failure to appear/ phone harassment, driving under the influence, $773 bond, four days in jail.

Robert W. White 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $194 bond.

Joseph R. Yates 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, unlawful use of driver’s license, failure to appear/phone harassment, $1,625.
