* There’s still time to nominate a teacher for the Our Generation Best Teachers award.
Junior and senior high school students may nominate in a one-page letter the best teacher they’ve had. The definition of “teacher” may include just about anyone from a classroom instructor to a counselor to a coach or adult mentor.
Your letter should clearly describe the teacher’s creativity and innovative teaching style, sense of humor and how he or she shows respect for students and concern for students outside of the classroom. Nominations should be as specific as possible. Include your full name, address, phone number, school and grade as well as the teacher’s full name, school and class he or she teaches.
Send your nominations to Our Generation/Best Teachers, 999 W. Riverside, Spokane, WA 99201 or ship it to the fax or e-mail address at the bottom of the page. Nominations must be received by May 5.
