Jerry Hubert has applied to assume the liquor license from Hubert and Grimes, a Partnership, Jerry Hubert and Loretta Grimes to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption at Jerry’s Pizza and Pasta, 40224 N. Newport Highway, Elk.

Stan Thompson has applied for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be sold either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Litz’s Bar and Grill, 204 E. Ermina.

Red Robin International Inc. has been approved for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be sold on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Red Robin America’s Gourmet Burgers and Spirits, Northpoint Plaza, Pad 4.

Red Robin International Inc., Michael Snyder, James McCloskey, Gerald Kingen and John Grant have applied for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be sold either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Red Robin America’s Gourmet Burgers and Spirits, 126 N. Post.

Mustard Seed Restaurants of Spokane Inc., Gerald Siemens, David Hall, Betty Tokumoto, Edward Schafer Jr., Craig Langel and Daniel Morgan have applied for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be sold either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Mustard Seed Restaurants of Spokane No. 1, 245 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

West One Inc. has been approved for a license to sell beer or wine on tap, in individual glasses or original containers for on-premises consumption, and to sell beer or wine at retail in bottles or original containers for off-premises consumption, but is restricted from selling fortified wine at Fast Eddie’s All Purpose Pub, 1 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

Luigi’s Development, L.L.C., Martin Hogberg and Jennifer Hogberg have applied for a license to sell beer and/or wine in the original containers for off-premises consumption at Luigi’s Italian Deli, 245 W. Main.

The Odom Corp. has been approved to sell beer or wine to licensed retailers and other distributors, and to export from Washington. Beer or wine must be purchased from a licensed Washington brewery or winery, Certificate of Approval holder, licensed beer or wine importer, or a supplier of foreign beer or wine located outside the state of Washington at Northwest Select Wine and Spirits, 724 N. Hogan.

Nancy and Phillip Wagner have applied for a license to sell beer and/or wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales, either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at The Olde Mill Cafe, 621 W. Mallon Ave, Suite 426.

Yoke’s Washington Foods Inc., Dennis Castoldi, Mitchell Yoke and James Clanton have applied for a license to sell beer and/or wine for off-premises consumption in the original containers at Yoke’s Fresh Market, 14202 N. Market.

Michael Fettig II, Bridget Fettig and 7-Eleven Inc. have applied for a license to sell beer and/or wine in bottles, cans or original containers for off-premises consumption at 7-Eleven Store, 1006 W. Garland.
