Say What?

Occasionally, members of the Our Generation Teen Advisory Board pose a question to their peers. This week’s question is:

What do you first notice about the opposite sex and why? (Polite responses only, please.)

“I notice openness, like attitude. I mean, obviously the first thing is looks, but after that, if you want to get to know them better, attitude is everything.”

—Micah Wilson

“What I first notice about the opposite sex is their eyes. You can tell what kind of a person they are by their eyes.”

“Their eyes. If a guy is creepy, and he moves his eyebrows a lot, then I don’t like to talk to him. They have to be tender-looking, unoffending and deep.”
