Kenneth Hagen and Bonnie Hagen have been approved for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and/or wine may be served either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at El Sombrero Restaurant, 10117 N. Newport Highway.
