Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

David W. Fields 37, Coeur d’Alene, child custody interference, $20,000 bond.

Valerie M. Fields 46, Coeur d’Alene, child custody interference, $10,000 bond.

Jean M. Fletschinger 58, Post Falls, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Kathrine A. Koenig 42, Spokane, failure to appear/grand theft, driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia, $10,000 bond.

Bryan W. Shrofe 33, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Craig B. Amaral Jr. 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of mutilated driver’s license, $63 bond.

Keith A. Colston 21, Rathdrum, Idaho, contempt/possession of marijuana, $129 bond.

Robert R. Dury 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ malicious injury to property, $73 bond.
