Martial Arts Pro Barricades Himself

A 19-year-old martial arts expert accused of assaulting two police officers two weeks ago barricaded himself in a building in northwest Seattle on Friday afternoon, police said.

Police did not immediately know if the man was armed, KIRO-TV reported.

The incident was unfolding near 15th Avenue and Dravus Street. Traffic was rerouted and a nearby golf course evacuated.
