Reduce federal government, eliminating some agencies like the FDA, and decreasing others like the military, which should be large enough to protect U.S. borders but not be involved overseas. Opposes farm subsidies. Supports free trade. Eliminate income tax. Phase out Social Security. Refuse congressional pay increases; give half of salary back to taxpayers.
