Man Sought On Three Warrants

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information on the whereabouts of James Paul Benton, who has three outstanding felony arrest warrants.

Benton, 33, is wanted for escape, possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. He has eight convictions that include theft and possession of stolen property.

Benton is white, 5-foot-11, 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers are urged to use a code name or number, and do not have to give their names to be eligible for the reward.
