Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Patrick M. Benoit, 29, Yakima, Wash.; failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine; $250,000 bond.

James W. Cosgriff, 30, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Thomas W. Goddard III,Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear of malicious injury to property, burglary and petty theft, $17,000 bond.

Shawn J. Lenon, 21, Coeur d’Alene; failure to appear for leaving the scene of an injury accident, driving under the influence, and an invalid drivers license, $10,000 bond.

Leeanne R. St. Martin, 26, Coeur d’Alene; probation violation; $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Timothy R. Allen, 34, Worley; failure to appear for driving while suspended; three days in jail.

Sean E. Appleberg, 29, Coeur d’Alene; failure to appear for two driving while suspended tickets and contempt of court for petty theft and another driving without privileges, $510 bond, 20 days in jail.

Robert T. Conrad, 28, Harrison; failure to appear for driving while suspended and open container, two days in jail.

Patrick J. Dawson, 35, Missoula; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Jason D. Edgar, 24, Plummer; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Nathan E. Eldred, 23, Ford, Wash.; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $6,000 bond.

Betti Firth Gillies, 45, Carefree, Ariz.; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Patrick L. Hampton, 35, Coeur d’Alene; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Harry E. Hanson Jr., Post Falls; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Clifford F. Mann, 39, Athol; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $3,000 bond.

John G. McClintock, 35, Turlock, Calif.; failure to appear for driving while suspended, driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident, $5,000 bond.

Anthony T. Miller, 40, DeSmet; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Charles T. Moore, 22, Spokane; failure to appear for driving while suspended; $2,000 bond.

Tyler M. Tyree, 30, Kalispell, Mont.; failure to appear for driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Ernest G. Wicke, 64, Spokane; failure to appear for driving while suspended, driving under the influence, showing a false identification to an officer, $1,000 bond.
