Wedding vows were exchanged by Mary C. Fieckenstein and David L. Simpson in an Oct. 30 ceremony at St. James Cathedral in Seattle.

William and Shirley Fieckenstein, Seattle, are parents of the bride. Simpson is the son of Gus and Carol Simpson, Spokane.

A reception was at Broadmoor Golf and Country Club in Seattle. The couple are living in Seattle after a honeymoon on the Kona Coast of Hawaii.

The bride, a graduate of the University of Washington, is an accountant at Matthew G. Norton Co. The groom graduated from Eastern Washington University in communications and is working for Oralis.
