Pedestrian Killed On I-90 Exit Identified

The 41-year-old killed Sunday night after being struck by a minivan in the Spokane Valley has been identified as Kenneth B. Davis, the Washington State Patrol reported.

Davis, of Beatty, Nev., was walking in the roadway of the eastbound Interstate 90 exit at Evergreen Road when he was struck by a 1989 Plymouth Voyager. He died at the scene.
