6 p.m., City Council study session, City Council briefing center, lower level, City Hall. Agenda includes discussion of proposed comprehensive plan.

All meetings in commissioners’ conference room in County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.

Tuesday

9 a.m., weekly briefing session. Agenda includes discussion of increasing tipping fees at solid waste transfer stations, relocating the medical examiner’s office and adopting an ordinance that would assist law enforcement in fighting methamphetamine manufacture and use.

10:30 a.m., executive session to discuss union negotiations.

2 p.m., weekly meeting on nonhearing items, lower level, Public Works Building.

2:30 p.m., executive session to review the performance of a county employee.

3 p.m., executive session to review the performance of a county employee.
