The Gathering Place in Spokane was the setting for the July 15 wedding of Tara Dusk Garvey and Brian Jeffrey Bishop.

The bride is the daughter of Dean and Barb Garvey, Spokane. The bridegroom is the son of Jeff and Cheryl Bishop, Spokane.

A reception followed the ceremony at the wedding site. The couple are living in Redmond after a honeymoon in the New England area.

The bride, a graduate of Lewis-Clark State College, is a registered nurse. The groom, who graduated from the University of Idaho, is a computer engineer.
