Funds Sought For Holiday Party, Dinner

The Morayo North Apartments Tenant Council is asking for donations for its third annual Christmas Party and Dinner on Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Morayo Apartments house many single-parent and low-income families, as well as individuals from the elderly and disabled communities.

The 75-unit apartment complex is located at 2309 E. Euclid.

Donations are used for food, toys and clothing for the tenants.

The purpose of the party and dinner is to make the holidays a little happier for families who need it, said Connie Theurer, who helps with the event.
