Shooting Victim’S Condition Upgraded

A man shot in a Coeur d’Alene apartment Friday morning was upgraded from critical to serious condition Saturday.

Seth Thomas Knapp, 24, was taken to surgery at Kootenai Medical Center after being shot in the abdomen Friday morning.

Officers called to 2306 E. Mullan Ave. at 3:40 a.m. Friday found Knapp lying on the floor of an apartment, bleeding.

Police said three people wearing masks seen leaving the apartment were last spotted running west on Mullan. A large dark pickup also was observed leaving the area.
