Fire Damages Warehouse On North Side

A fire in a north Spokane warehouse complex damaged a portion of the building on Tuesday, Spokane Fire Battalion Chief Al Green said.

Firefighters were called to 6463 N. Perry at 2:45 p.m. They encountered smoke from the roof on the north side of the 300-foot-by-30-foot building.

No one was inside and there were no injuries, Green said. The fire was out in about 30 minutes and confined to a mezzanine. The fire’s cause is under investigation.
