Nominations Accepted For Women’S Awards

Members of the Women’s Leadership Conference are taking nominations for their Women of Achievement Awards.

Four women will be honored at the fourth annual conference, which takes place Feb. 16 at Spokane Community College.

Awards will be given in four categories: student, faculty or staff, business and community leaders. The women must be dedicated leaders who have vision, “face life’s challenges with grace and courage, and live with dignity, integrity and honor through their commitments.”

If you know a woman who qualifies for an award, you may write a letter explaining why she deserves the recognition and send it to: Women’s Leadership Conference, Spokane Community College, Single Parent Program, Attention: Tracy Struble MS 2064, 1810 N. The deadline is Jan. 20.
