Gretna Green was the setting for the Oct. 10 wedding of Shaleen Edwards and John Rogers.

The bride is the daughter of Russ and Patti Edwards, Spokane. The bridegroom is the son of Darlene Rogers, Spokane, and Jon Beacon, New Orleans.

A reception at the wedding site followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Seattle.
