Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kathleen M. Chapman 39, Dalton Gardens, parole violation/forgery (two counts), possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

David J. Holstein 24, Post Falls, felony driving under the influence, $20,000 bond.

Nicholas P. Lafountain 20, Sandpoint, parole violation/aggravated assault, $10,000 bond.

Shanisy L. Miller 22, Athol, parole violation for possession of cocaine, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

John R. Bryan 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/assault, $75 bond.

William M. Butler 37, Kellogg, contempt/invalid driver’s license, driving under the influence, $306 bond.

Michael D. Crill 45, Cocolalla, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $81 bond.

Ronni E. Dadey 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $163 bond.

Cary W. Doty 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $56 bond.

Russell O. Dueker 22, Ponderay, contempt/driving under the influence, disturbing the peace, $300 bond.

Robert R. Dury 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, $348 bond.

Patrick J. Edelblute 32, Rathdrum, contempt/possession of expired driver’s license, $113 bond.

Kelly A. Emerson 30, Spirit Lake, contempt/driving under the influence, $88 bond.

Brian A. Fayette 25, Post Falls, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,563 bond, one day in jail.

James T. Gardiner 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $80 bond.

Michael D. Smith 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $225 bond.

Jason E. Stapleton 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/hunting without a license, $95 bond.

Bradford W. Wright 36, Rathdrum, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $573 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine. The names of more wanted felons can be found on the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department Internet home page at http://www.dmi.net/kcsd/.
