Tracy Liana Ford exchanged wedding vows with Tobin David Phelps in an Aug. 14 ceremony at Berean Bible Church.

The bride is the daughter of David and Becky Ford, Spokane. William and Constance Phelps, Bozeman, Mont., are the parents of the groom.

A reception at Days Inn followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon cruise on the Mexican Riviera.

The bride is majoring in business communications at Eastern Washington University, where she has a basketball scholarship. The groom, an EWU graduate, is a special education teacher at Lewis and Clark High School.
