Rock Smashes Store Window

An Otis Orchard convenience store window was shattered early Monday when someone threw a rock through it.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to an alarm at Jerry’s Quik Stop, 23905 E. Wellesley, at 3 a.m.

Deputies found the front window had been smashed with a large rock.

A shoe print was found on the table directly inside the broken window. It matched a shoe print in the snow outside.

It appeared that, at most, several half-cases of beer had been stolen, according to a store employee.
