Amy Thueson and Lee J. Carter exchanged wedding vows at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Temple in Idaho Falls.

The bride is the daughter of Dee and Donna Thueson, Rexburg, Idaho. The bridegroom is the son of Patrick and Annette Carter, Liberty Lake.

A reception followed at My Cherie Amour in Rexburg. The couple are living in Provo after a honeymoon in Providence, Utah.

The bride, a graduate of Utah State University, is a teacher. The groom is a student at Brigham Young University.
