Wedding vows were exchanged by Echo Grovdahl and Chris Swanson in an Oct. 2 ceremony at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church.

Steve and Judy Grovdahl, Spokane, are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Clarke Swanson, Gig Harbor, Wash., and Kathy Swanson, Arlington, Va.

A reception followed at Cavanaughs Ridpath Hotel. The couple, who planned to honeymoon later, are living in Eugene.
