Molerway Trucking has leased 2,500 square feet at 6317 E. Trent for a trucking business. Jim Watson, Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

Third Letter LLC has leased 23,195 square feet in the 8800 block of East Sprague for an auto dealership. Tracy Lucas and Mark Lucas, Kiemle & Hagood Co., handled the transaction.

Master Fasteners N.W. has leased 4,897 square feet at the Spokane Business and Industrial Park, 3808 N. Sullivan, for a wholesale pneumatic tools and fasteners business. Margie McHugill and Brent Long of Crown West Realty LLC negotiated the transaction.

Fiber-Tech Industries Inc. has leased 80,000 square feet in Building #31 and 40,000 square feet in Building #25 at the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, 3808 N. Sullivan, for a fiberglass panel manufacturing operation. Brent Long and Margie McHugill of Crown West Realty LLC negotiated the transaction.

Beacon Cleaners has leased 1,000 square feet at 321 N. Pines for a dry cleaning operation. Joel Crosby and June Skye of Tomlinson Black Commercial and Josh Shearer of Kiemle & Hagood handled the transaction.

Brian Biggs has leased 2,366 square feet at Montgomery Commerce Center, 10905 E. Montgomery, for an insurance office. Patrick Martin of Tomlinson Black Commercial and Mike Mathis of Tomlinson Black Management handled the transaction.

Intermountain Claims Inc. has leased 804 square feet at 1000 N. Argonne for an insurance office. Jeff McGougan of Tomlinson Black Commercial handled the transaction.

Stuft Pizza has leased 1,500 square feet at 1310 N. Mullan for a pizza restaurant. Jeff McGougan of Tomlinson Black Commercial and Carl Gunzel of Kiemle & Hagood handled the transaction.

Moto-Tron Inc. has purchased 60,951 square feet of land at the Omache Shopping Center in Omak for a recreation craft business. Joel Crosby of Tomlinson Black Commercial handled the transaction.
