Neighborhood Meetings

The Chief Garry Park Neighborhood Council will meet next Thursday at 7 p.m. at Stevens Elementary School, 1717 E. Sinto.

Hillyard’s Neighborhood Council will meet on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Northeast Community Center, 827 W. Cleveland.

The Logan Neighborhood Council will meet on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at 525 E. Mission.

Agenda items include community assembly update, community development project updates, a Spokane Park’s Department presentation on park bond projects in the Logan neighborhood, wellness center and WSU update and committee reports.

The Northwest’s Neighborhood Association will meet next Thursday at Glover Middle School, 2404 W. Longfellow, in the cafeteria from 7 to 9 p.m.

How to handle hazardous waste at home, the selection of a new playground at Audubon Park and a traffic committee report are on the itinerary.

Fairwood SCOPE will meet at Mead High School, 302 W. Hastings, in portable building P1 on the west side of the building at 7 p.m. on Monday.

The public is invited to attend.
