Rocky West Public Relations has added the following people to its staff:
Mary Joan Hahn joined the marketing communications and public relations firm as a senior account executive. Hahn has more than 22 years of experience developing public relations strategies in technology, health care, higher education and tourism industries, both public and private. She previously directed business, community relations, legislative and media relations for the Spokane Intercollegiate Research and Technology Institute. She also has worked for Washington State University-Spokane, the Intercollegiate Center for Nursing Education and Deaconess and St. Luke’s medical centers. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
Lisa Wilson joined Rockey West as an account coordinator after completing an internship there. She will coordinate projects for Crown West Realty L.L.C., River Park Square and others. Wilson is a recent graduate of Gonzaga University where she studied public relations and philosophy.
Kaarin Reinbold was hired as office manager. She previously worked for the Spokane Area Chamber of Commerce as the special events coordinator for the Ag Bureau and Northwest Natural Resources Institute. She earned a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness with a minor in public relations from Washington State University.
Mark Thompson has joined Inland Northwest Bank as vice president and commercial loan officer at its Northpointe branch. Thompson has 20 years of banking experience, mostly in the Spokane area.

Elizabeth “Liz” A. Estrada was promoted from assistant vice president/ branch coordinator to assistant vice president/branch administration. Estrada, who has more than 20 years of banking experience, is responsible for supervising all branches. She also will serve on the senior management team.
Karen Adams was named manager of the South Hill branch. Adams, who previously was operations officer at that branch, has 25 years of banking experience and joined INB seven years ago.
Cindy M. Bocook was promoted from operations supervisor at the Coeur d’Alene/Appleway branch to operations officer at the downtown Spokane branch. Bocook has 10 years of banking experience, including 7-1/2 years with INB.
Leslie Flinn was named assistant vice president. She has more than 20 years of banking experience in lending and management. Her current focus is interim construction financing.
The following employees of Unitrin Property and Casualty Insurance Group have been promoted:
Keith Taylor was named vice president, western region marketing, of Unitrin Property and Casualty Group. He will be relocating to the western regional office in Albany, Ore.
George Czerwonka was promoted to vice president, western regional claims, of Unitrin Property and Casualty Group. He also will relocate to the regional office in Albany.
Carol Williams was promoted to manager of human resources and the Spokane office of Trinity Universal Insurance, a Unitrin Property and Casualty Co.’s Spokane branch.
Case DeWit was named marketing manager at the Spokane office of Trinity Universal Insurance.
Appointed:
Dr. William A. Dittman Jr. has received a three-year appointment as cancer liaison physician for Sacred Heart Medical Center’s Hospital Cancer Program. The program is part of the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons. Dittman is one of more than 1,800 volunteer physicians who provide leadership to local cancer committee members so they can maintain their commission-approved program or help them establish a new program. The Spokane physician will also provide community leadership at the local level of the American Cancer Society.
Moving:
Beauty Wizards Salon has moved to 205 E. Seltice, Suite C, in Post Falls. The move enabled the salon to double its space and add a massage therapist, Glenn Weeks. Jennifer Raaum and Nancy Conley offer nail services, while Sandi Pequignot and Jody Frink provide hair services.
