Monday is the deadline for Washington hunters to record their opinions on alternatives proposed for the next three years of hunting seasons.

Go to the Fish and Wildlife Department’s Web site at www.wa.gov/wdfw and click on “2000-2002 proposed hunting season alternatives.” If you couldn’t attend one of the public meetings held around this state this month, use this online opportunity to record your comments on issues ranging from archery elk hunting seasons to use of non-toxic shot for pheasant hunting.
