Sunshine Mining and Refining Co. will meet again this month with creditors to try to reach agreement on a restructuring plan. During a meeting Friday, the company and the bondholders agreed to meet again July 14. The parties have been meeting regularly since March, when Sunshine was unable to make a $27 million bond payment.

President Clinton signed a bill Friday giving an online “John Hancock” the same legal validity as a signature in pen and ink.
