Hope Lutheran Takes Bible School Down Under

The Australian Outback will come alive July 17-21 during Hope Lutheran Church’s vacation Bible school. The school, with a downunder theme, will feature music, crafts and Bible stories.

Classes will run daily from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for children age three through the eighth grade. The session is free.

Family film showing Sunday

The Berean Bible Church will host a showing of the movie “Something to Sing About” Sunday at 6 p.m. The newest family movie from World Wide Pictures features plenty of gospel music and a spiritual message.

There is no charge to attend and free popcorn will be served. All are welcome.

The church is located at 10910 E. Boone.
