Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Shawn M. Conle 34, Post Falls, possession of methamphetamine, no bond, 11 days in jail.

Judy J. Mason 23, Kootenai, parole violation/methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Richard A. McPherson 58, Kellogg, governor’s warrant from Oregon, no bond.

Gene M. Ward 38, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

John C. Waterman 41, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, no bond, 30 days in jail.

Misdemeanors

Michael L. Baysinger 28, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, unlawful use of driver’s license, $1,000 bond.

Stephen H. Crawley 42, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no bond, two days in jail.

Robert L. Dodd II 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $500 bond.

John E. Grogg 40, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no bond, 30 days in jail.

Jeffery A. Packwood 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Megan A. Petersen 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $1,500 bond.

Keith D. Powell 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, minor in possession of alcohol, $2,100 bond.

Aaron W. Severson 24, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, failure to insure a vehicle, $500 bond.

Brian E. Shockey 34, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Bruce F. Ste. Marie 19, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Amanda S. Trach 25, Spokane, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.
