Outpatient Surgery Center Has Opened

A new surgery center opened last week in the Sacred Heart Doctors Building.

The Inland Ambulatory Surgery Center will provide outpatient surgery for a multitude of services, from gynecology and ear, nose and throat to podiatry, cosmetic surgery and dental surgery.

The center’s focus is on providing surgical procedures that can be performed outside of a traditional hospital setting. Any surgeon can apply to practice at the center. To date, more than 100 area surgeons have signed on.

The center is a joint venture between Sacred Heart and physicians.
