Man Arrested
A man who said he was looking for a house party was arrested for residential burglary Tuesday.
According to a Sheriff’s Office report, the suspect wandered into a house in the 2600 block of North Bradley around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday.
The resident said the man wouldn’t leave so he chased him out.
Thomas M. Miller, 35, 327 E. Liberty, was arrested nearby. The suspect told sheriff’s deputies he’d been looking for a house party he thought was at that address.
A marijuana pipe and a small amount of marijuana was found in his pocket. He was booked into Spokane County Jail for felony residential burglary and misdemeanor drug and drug paraphernalia possession.
