High school graduation is a time for celebration, but not just for the valedictorians and salutatorians and the high-achievers who are headed for Ivy League colleges.

For some Kootenai County students, just making it to graduation is a remarkable achievement. Handle Extra would like to recognize some of the students who have overcome tremendous odds in order to graduate this spring.
