Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

John W. Dean Jr. 38, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

James N. Higel 42, Spokane, possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear/ carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended, $22,000 bond.

David E. Newcomb 48, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Lawrence P. Adams 45, Plummer, contempt/driving under the influence, $510 bond.

Kerry K. Clark 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $542 bond, five days in jail.

William P. Engman Sr. 41, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $165 bond.

Raymond M. Guerrero 38, Hayden, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,500 bond.

Cynthia M. Jensen 38, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, $200 bond.

Aaron W. Johnson 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $18 bond.

Jon J. King 58, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ trespassing, $63 bond.

Natasha R. Lankford 22, St. Maries, contempt/nonsufficient funds check fraud, $100 bond.

Jeffrey R. Lanphear 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $173 bond.

James A. Montgomery IV 20, Post Falls, contempt of court, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $800 bond.

Michella F. Moreno 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $500 bond.

Paul L. Nipp 50, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/petty theft, $10,150 bond.

Tiahna M. Stinehart 20, Pinehurst, contempt/inattentive driving, $140 bond.

Michelle C. Stockstill 30, Sandpoint, contempt/littering, $63 bond.
