Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Shaun T. Alderman 28, Rathdrum, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $20,000 bond.

Russell A. Spencer 31, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $20,000 bond, one day in jail.

Timothy R. D. Wilkins 27, Rathdrum, failure to appear/grand theft, no bond, 10 days in jail.

Mark L. Williams 48, Careywood, failure to appear/domestic battery, $7,000 bond.

James E. Wilson 36, Coeur d’Alene, trafficking drugs, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Timothy R.P. Banning 23, Post Falls, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $63 bond.

Marcy R. Boyce 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, $327 bond.

Harley W. Boye 29, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $223 bond.

Terence R. Crisman 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/resisting arrest, $129 bond.

Marion L. Draben 32, Hayden, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $100 bond.

Alice C. Draper 34, Cataldo, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $163 bond.

William L. Garwood 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $292 bond.

Russell D. Haux 43, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, $77 bond.

Grant C. Hoyt 39, Rathdrum, contempt/driving while suspended, $231 bond.

Marvin D. Jackson 47, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/malicious injury to property, $73 bond.

Paul A. Jacobson 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $123 bond.

Kevin E. Keadle 35, Priest River, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $163 bond.

Michael P. Presta 53, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $588 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine. The names of more wanted felons can be found on the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department Internet home page at http://co.kootenai.id.us/sheriff.
